Attention: Club officers, district officers and Key Club and CKI advisors
Many of Kiwanis International’s main websites are about to take a giant leap forward. The KiwanisOne Club Management System powered by Portalbuzz is always in a constant state of upgrades and is right now in the midst of a major overhaul to tackle features many have had on their wish list. The same is true for our public PR site, Kiwanis.org, and the KiwanisOne Member Resources site.
The biggest news is that the Club Management System is going to be opened up for Key Clubs and CKI clubs to use, starting with overhaul of the Membership Update Center for faculty advisors. Soon those two programs will have access to the same club management tools as Kiwanis clubs, including an easy-to-maintain public website.

Highlights: Navigation is simplified, yet more intuitive than before. Like KiwanisOne’s redesign, the expanding nav will provide several levels of resources at a glance. Clubs for every age will be emphasized and social media is elevated to make interaction easier. A warm welcome message and our top feel-good stories are given appropriate spotlight.

Highlights: Complete rework of the home page and the entire site content to match the new look and feel of the new Kiwanis.org, as well as Foundation's print material. The new site will include expanding nav that provides several levels of resources at a glance. Stories about donors and how support has made a difference, plus highlights about current campaigns and immediate needs will round out a new home page format.
KIWANISONE MEMBER RESOURCES
Target: May-June 2013
Highlights: Complete rework of the home page to include expanding nav that provides several levels of resources at a glance. Branding is freshened up to tie more closely to the public site, Kiwanis.org; member login is still prominent. One key change is that search will be connected to Kiwanis.org so members won’t hit a dead end if they accidentally search for a member resource on the public site.
CLUB MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR KEY CLUB AND CKI
Target: July-August 2013
Highlights: Key Club and CKI will have access to all the same features and tools as provided to the Kiwanis clubs in the Club Management System, including a public website with 2 design templates per program, plus editing tools.
CLUB MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR KIWANIS CLUBS
Target: October 2013
Highlights: All-new dashboard with the most popular features front and center and a simple, clean layout, icon-driven navigation, and communications hub. At launch, the system will also add 7 new public website templates to the library of 6 different styles currently available, for a total of 13 designs to choose from.
ONLINE NEW CLUB BYLAWS
Launched: February 2013
The revised Standard Form is now available for clubs to submit online. The new Club Bylaws Management Center is only open to the club secretary and club president and a new login may be required. Details and link to get started at www.KiwanisOne.org/newclubbylaws.
FOOTNOTES
The required online reporting forms (monthly reports, annual club reports, etc.) are also getting upgraded to newer technology, but there are no major changes to the user side that clubs need to be aware of ahead of time.
