Ed Sedillo was elected to a three-year term as Kiwanis International Trustee at the Asia-Pacific convention in Manila, March 2007.

Ed is a 20-year member and past distinguished president of the Kiwanis Club of Dumaguete Sandurot and earned distinguished honors as governor of the Philippine South District in 2002-03.  He served as chairman of Kiwanis Asia-Pacific, member and chairman of the International Committee on New Club Building and Membership Growth, and member of the International Structure Committee before his election to the International Board.  He is a Hixson Fellow and Heritage Society member of the Kiwanis International Foundation.

Ed is an attorney and past president of his provincial bar association. He also serves as a professor of constitutional law at Silliman University and as consultant to the department of education and culture.  In addition to Kiwanis, he has served his community in a variety of ways, including municipal council, provincial board, Bureau for Children in Need, and Legal Aid Bureau for Women and Children.

Ed and his wife, Plume, are parents of three children.
