RANDOLPH “RANDY” DELAY
KIWANIS CLUB OF GREATER NORTH HOUSTON
INTERNATIONAL TRUSTEE


Randy DeLay was elected to a three-year term as a Kiwanis International Trustee at the 92nd annual convention in San Antonio in July 2007.

Randy is a current member of the Kiwanis Club of Greater North Houston and a former member of the Kiwanis Club of Corpus Christi Del Mar, serving as distinguished president of both and as distinguished Lt. Governor of Division 4.  He served as Governor of the Texas-Oklahoma District in 1999-2000; is Legion of Honor recipient with 18 years of perfect attendance.  He has also served the Texas-Oklahoma District as Chairman of many committees including Children’s Miracle Network, Youth Services,  International Foundation, and Worldwide Service Project to virtually end iodine deficiency throughout the world.   He is a Founder’s Circle and a Tablet of Honor recipient, a 20+ Diamond Hixson Fellow, and a Heritage Society member of the Kiwanis International Foundation.  Randy is the recipient of  the Texas-Oklahoma District Key Clubs Hall of Fame Award.

Randy is an attorney and CEO of a strategic planning and government affairs consulting firm.  In addition to Kiwanis, he is an Elder in the Presbyterian Church and has served his community in a wide variety of ways, including board and leadership positions for the Ada Wilson Children’s Hospital, Gulf Coast and Houston Councils on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse, Presbyterian Men USA, and Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

Randy and his wife, Drue, are parents of two children and have five grandchildren.
